Resolve complaints concerning administrative actions
taken in Victorian government departments, public
statutory authorities and by officers of municipal
councils. Ensure that complaints concerning Police
conduct are properly investigated. Ensure compliance by
designated agencies with the provisions of the Freedom
of Information Act. Ensure compliance by Police with the
requirements of the Telecommunication (Interceptions)
(State Provisions) legislation.
