The tribunal was established on 1 July 2003 to deal with
matters in a way that is just, fair, informal, cost efficient
and speedy. It determines matters in the following lists:
Architects List, Building List, Engineers List, Gaming
Machine List, Liquor List, Manufactured Homes List,
Plumbers and Drainers List , Property Agents and Motor
Dealers List, Retirement Village List, Tourism Services
List. The tribunal is a quasi-judicial body and, as such, is
impartial between the parties.
